Thanks for the article. I am dealing with almost the EXACT same situation (kids dancing to music in a video I tweeted out). I am absolutely blown away by it. Were you able to retrieve your Twitter account? Did Graeme Grant ever get back to you? I have sent countless emails, DMs, video messages and heard back from no one. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I wrote to Graeme Grant three times in March after my account was suspended due to three DMCAs in the same day - all from the lovely Graeme. All three tweets were 2 1/2 years earlier - two for the same 30 second meme clip sent to one person; the third for a clip of a Jolene guitar tutorial with the score running across the bottom of the screen.

Strangely, Graeme hasn't replied to any of my (very polite) emails. I wonder why twitter invites you to write to him if he's no intention of doing anyone the courtesy of a reply.

I've found his direct phone number online, and I'm very tempted to pick up the phone to him, but...

In a final moment of bleak poetry, twitter decided to suspend my 13 year account three hours after sending me my 13th twitter birthday congratulations. 🙃

Kudos to you for actually catching the email. Most of my "social" media accounts are connected to a 1997 Yahoo email address that's so bloated it's a guarantee I've missed important stuff.
